Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of July . 1984.
The following meebers were present:Acljng Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
ana ggaia
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport ana CouncTimember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESGLUTION NO. 84-482
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR GERALDINE
L. WHITE (84058)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Geraldine L. White for
property located at the southwest corner of 15th Avenue North and Glacier Lane under
Resolution No.84-481 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division :
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing the
Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the
Division.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and .
