Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ecial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plynouth,.Min:esota,_was held 0n -the d day of Jul 1984.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Counci mem ers Nei is _
and Crain
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Gouncilmember Moen
Coocilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt1an:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 481
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR GERALDINE L. WHITE (84058)
WHEREAS, Geraldine L. White has requested approval for a Lot Division for two existing
platted lots located at the southwest corner of 15th Avenue North and Glacier Lane as
follows:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The East 60.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota; AND
Lot 1, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
• PARCEL A:
The East 120.00 fe--t of Lot 1, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B:
The East 60.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and that part of Lot 1, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota which
lies west of the East 120.00 feet thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gouncilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
