HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-478CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of July . 1984. The following members were present: Actinq Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmember Moen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 478 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR JAMESTOWN FOR CENTEX HOMES CORPORATION (84024) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Jamestown as requested by Centex Homes Corporation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HFdEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. The Final Plat Mylars shall include reference to the approved RPUD 77-6 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association documents, covenants, and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the Final Plat. 4. No Building Permits except as noted in the Development Contract for models, to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin. County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e 61lowing voted n favor thereof: Acting mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain The o lowing voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
