Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5R@cial
— meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of Jul 1984.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmem ers
Neils and Crain
IM follmMq members were absents Flavor Davenport And Coon'cilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 472
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING RPUD FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR TIPTON
CORPORATION FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK 4TH ADDITION (79006) (RPUD 80-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the RPUD Final Plan/Plat arEd Development Con-
tract for Plymouth Creek 4th Addition as requested by Tipton Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing and
regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. The Final Plat mylars shall include reference to the approved RPUD 80-1 per
Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner's Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
owing voted n favor thereof: Acting r Schneider. Councilmembers Neils
and Crain

thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed.and adopted.
