HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-470CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of 3ull . 1984. The following members were prewnt: Mayor Davenport, Counclimembers Crain, 1eils and Schneider The following members were nt: Counclimember Moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-470 AMENDMENT TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 WHEREAS, this Council, by resolution 84-66, approved a tax increment financing plan and established a tax increment financing district in development district No. 1; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that four guided residential parcels were included within the district and one additional parcel was misidentified; and WHEREAS, upon review of the tax increment financing plan and the tax increment district, this Council determines that a minor amendment to the plan is appropriate; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the tax increment financing plan and tax increment financing district established by resolution 84-66 on January 23, 1984 being the same, is hereby amended to delete the following five parcels: 27-118-22-44-0004, 34-118-22-32-0006, 34-118-22-32-0009, 34-118-22-32-0013, and 33-118-22-44-0019; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that parcel 27-118-22-43-0004 be added to the district; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to communicate these changes to the Director of Property Taxation.of Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmomber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e following vot n favor thereof: yor venport, Councilmembers Crain. Meals and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
