the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold ons day of July 19.

�quacilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 469
APPOINTING INITIAL MEMBERS TO THE PLYMOUTH PORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, this Council established a port authority on dune 18, 1984 by the adoption
of resolution 84-375; and
WHEREAS, the port authority as established is to have three commissioners appointed
by the City Council, which appointments are to be made no later than December 31,
1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make the initial appointments to the port
authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA, that the following individuals be appointed as commissioners of the port
authority for the terms indicated:
1. David Davenport - December 31, 1990
2- David Crain - December 31, 1988
3. - December 31, 1986
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember N ils and_upon vote being taken thereon, t e
