HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-469Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, special meeting meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold ons day of July 19. The following members were Present:Mav=ienport,ouncilmembers ei s, _ Songider and Crain nm 0 ow ng members were t: Councilmember 1Moen �quacilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its ad"tloft: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 469 APPOINTING INITIAL MEMBERS TO THE PLYMOUTH PORT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, this Council established a port authority on dune 18, 1984 by the adoption of resolution 84-375; and WHEREAS, the port authority as established is to have three commissioners appointed by the City Council, which appointments are to be made no later than December 31, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make the initial appointments to the port authority; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, . MINNESOTA, that the following individuals be appointed as commissioners of the port authority for the terms indicated: 1. David Davenport - December 31, 1990 2- David Crain - December 31, 1988 3. - December 31, 1986 The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember N ils and_upon vote being taken thereon, t e o a voted avor : Mavor venoort.'Councilmembers Neils, and Crain :ne rouowmq voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas am adop1m.
