Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution one

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 468
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a lot division/consolidation
to divide an existing City owned parcel and consolidate it with the three adjacent
privately owned parcels as follows:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
City Owned Parcel - Park, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
Privately Owned Parcels -Lots 9 and 10, Block S
Lots 7 and 8, Block 5
Lots S and 6, Block 5
All in Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
The new parcels to be created are:
Parcel 1
All that part of the Park, as platted in Suburbandale on Parkers Lake,
lying West of the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 9,
Block 5, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake.
Parcel 2
All that part of the Park, as platted in Suburbandale on Parkers Lake,
lying East of the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 9,
Block S, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake and lying West of the Northerly
extension of the Easterly line of Lot 7, Block 5, Suburbandale on
Parkers Lake
Parcel 3
All that part of the Park, as platted in Suburbandale on Parkers Lake,
lying East of the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 7,
Block 5, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved
by Hennepin County; and

FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to exercise
Quit Claim Deeds conveying ownership of the Park, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
to the respective adjacent property owners.

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
' by Councilwewber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted n favor thereo : Maror Devenaort, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
