Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotas, was holi on M _ day of July 1984
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembgrs Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: --
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 467
APPROVING 1984 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICANTS
WHEREAS, application for new Cigarette Licenses have been received from the parties
listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties listed below
be approved for the period July 10, 1984, through December 31, 1984.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted
