ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON TSE PROPOSED VACATIM Of
THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE BASES=
LOT S. BLOCK 4, KINGBWOOD !ARMS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Joseph Cosentino bas petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the utility and drainage eassment an the rear of
Lot 8, Block 4, Kingswood Farms Addition;
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation:
