Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day
of July , 1984. The following members were present:ayor Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 460
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 5, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the Director of Public Works with reference to the
improvement of Bass Lake Heights Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential str -t :fights and this report was received by the Council July 9,
1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets names as the location of
. the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted March 5, 1984. The petitioners have waived their rights to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the
Wright -Hennepin Electric Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followin& voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Reeolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
