HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-459CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of Jul , 1984. The following members were present:?4avor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils.Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Council er Moen rniinrilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 459 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND OAKDALE WEST ADDITION (79079) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 3, 1981, Don D. Myron and Norman carnes, developer of Oakdale West Addition (79079), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; ind WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ORIGINAL ORIGINAL NEW NEW AMOUNT AMOUNT AMOUNT AMOUNT ITEM PUBLIC PRIVATE PUBLIC PRIVATE Street Construction $111,900 $17,020 $-0- $-0- Sanitary Sewer 53,343 -0- -0- -0- Watermain 79,829 -0- -0- -0- Storm Sewer 26,046 2,815 -0- -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 7,400 -0- -0- -0- Pond or Ditch Construction 3,000 -0- -0- -0- Street Signs 750 -0- -0- -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements (Sidewalk) Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Bullts 40,173 $374,951 TOTAL 3,000 17,510 30,000 2,000 -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- $19,835 -0- -0- -0- -0- Resolution No. 84-459 Page Two That the required cash escrow or surety bond be reduced to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work for the public improvements. The am,)unt for private Improvements was previously reduced to $0 to reflect the assessment payments for Project 104. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: ftvor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
