HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-458CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to u+ue call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t�tF day of J 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Nei Is, Schneider and Crain following members were absent: Councilmember Moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 458 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR RELIANCE BUILDERS, INC. FOR LOTS 1, and 3, BLOCK 1, GLEASON NORTHSHORE (A-752) WHEREAS, Reliance Builders Inc. has requested Lot Division/Consolidation of three existing platted lots into three parcels for the purpose of relocating the common prop- erty lines to follow the common wall between the townhouse units. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Division/ Consolidation: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: . Lots 1, 2, and 3. Block 1, GLEASON NORTHSHORE, according to the recorded plat thereof. To be divided as follows: PARCEL A Lot 1 and the northwesterly 0.40 feet of Lot 2, all in Block 1, GLEASON NORTHSHORE, ac- cording to the recorded plat thereof. PARCEL B Lot 2, EXCEPT the northwesterly 0.40 feet thereof and the northwesterly 0.40 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 1, GLEASON NORTHSHORE, according to the recorded plat thereof. PARCEL C Lot 3, EXCEPT the northwesterly 0.40 feet thereof, Block 1, GLEASON NORTHSHORE, accord- ing to the recorded plat thereof. FURTHER, that the City Manage. be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin County.
