Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of Jul 4. 1984.
The following members were presents Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Nei Is,
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 455
SETTING CONDITION TO BE NET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 15 (84049)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located in
the soutf,west quadrant of I-494 and County Road 15 from FRD (future restricted
development) District to B-1 (office limited business) District in conjunction with
approval of the Final Plat for Carlson Center Fourth Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Carlson Center
Fourth Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
