Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of July 1484.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilkmembers Neils,
SchneiJer and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 453
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF XENIUM LANE AND EAST OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH EXTENDED (84022)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
east of Zeniun Lane, east of 36th Avenue North extended from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R-2 (low density multiple residence) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat for Heritage West;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Heritage West be
. filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Vhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
