HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-448CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of July , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen and Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councimem er REM s Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 448 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - CREEKWOOD HILLS 1ST, 2ND and 3RD ADDITIONS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adoipted July 2, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Creekwood Hills 1st, 2nd and 3rd Additions by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council July 2, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resoltuions adopted July 2, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
