HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-442CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _2nd day of Jul , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor chneider, ounc members Moen and Crain , 0The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmember Neirs. * **,A Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 84- 442 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION (79055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 17, 1983, Harrison Hills Partnership, developer of Harrison Hills 2nd Addition (79055), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $191,695 $19,170 Sanitary Sewer 148,285 -0- Watermain 92,110 -0- Storm Sewer 49,994 -0- Boulevard and*Drainage Swale Sod 14,000 14,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 1,050 1,050 Street Sweeping and Storm Sever Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 3,000 500 Site Grading 40,000 4,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Built* 65,056 2,000 TOTAL $607,190 $42,720 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $162,073 to $42,720 to reflect the completed work. .The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin voted in avor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilim6ers Moen and train The following vote against or a sta ne : none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
