Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the 2nd day of
Jul, , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor
Schne der, �uncilmenbers Moen and Grain .
The following memz-r% were absent: Mayor Davenport and CounclimeMber Nei s.
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 437
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9274
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 84-319, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for assessments previously deferred for Project
No. 607, Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the final assessment amount including interest is less than the esti-
mated cost used for assessment purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to
the parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the number of years and
at the interest rate specified in Resolution 84-319 applicable to Levy No.
9274 with the first installment payable on or before the first Monday in
January 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen
and Crain
