Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of �� Ju.lyy. , 1084. The follow-'_:ag members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counmem ers Moen, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 432
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BTS;
DUNKIRK LANE F?OM COUNTY ROAD 24 TO COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of Dunkirk
Lane from County Road 24 to County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Progressive Contractors, Inc. $1,593,448.64
Bussing Bros. 1,622,727.01
C. S. McCrossan, Inc. 1,656,571.06
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Progressive Contractors, Inc. is the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Progressive Contractors,
Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth for the construction of
Dunkirk Lane from County Road 24 to County Road 6 in the amount
of $1,593,448.64.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.
3. The contract is contingent upon Mn/DOT plan approval.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmenber Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen.
