Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Zndday of July 1984.
The following -a Mrs were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councimem ers
09Pn and Crain
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Co—uncilmember Neils
Councilmember Crain introduced the followin-j Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-430
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GENE PAULSON (80049)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Gene Paulson for property located at 11318 Highway 55, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-688; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $5,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Performance Bond
No. S-849025 in the amount of $5,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Gene Paulson for property located at 11318 Highway 55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the'
flollowing voted n favor MAO: Acting Ma r Schneider, Councilmembers
The rollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paxsed and a&pted.
