Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Znd day of July 1i84 .
The following members were present: Acting Mayor c�Ter, Counci imembers
Moen and Crain
The followbq members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Counci Imember IF is
Councilmember Crain introduced the follov,.:ng Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84429
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GENE PAULSON (83045)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Gene Paulson for property located at 11318 Highway 55, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-561; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $850.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Savings
Certificate in the amount of $850.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Gene Paulson for property located at 11318 Highway 55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co n ilmember Moen and upon vote bebg taken thereon, the
