Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t elti 2nd day of July 194 .

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 841428
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY
(82036)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Church of the Epiphany,icated at 4900 Nathan Lane, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-412; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit, in the amount of $22,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, this Letter of Credit was reduced from $22,000.00 to $12,000.00 by the City
Council on December 5, 1983; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 36 in the amount of $12,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Church of the Epiphany located at 4900 Nathan Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moenand upon vote being taken thereon, t e
