Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of Jul 1O4 .
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Cound members
Moen and Crain
The following imembors were absent: Mayor Davenport, Counci member Neils
CounciPlmem�ber Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 425
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL (84042)
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell has requested a Conditional Use Permit to locate a fenced
outside storage area at their facility located at 13300 15th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Northwestern Bell
for a Conditional Use Permit for an outside storage area at their facility located at
13300 15th Avenue North, subject to the following:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.

2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
5. A Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee shall be submitted
guaranteeing the completion of the site improvements.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken therewn, the
bllowina voted In favor t : ct na Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Moen
