The following members were present: Acting flavor Schneider. Counci*memberspp and Craip_ The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmember Neils rfalnrilmP_mher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-422 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR NUAIRE, INCORPORATED (84039) WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for NuAire, Inc. to expand the existing facility at 2100 Fernbrook Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Volp Construction Company for Site Plan approval for an expansion to the NuAire, Inc. facility located at 2100 Fernbrook Lane, subject to the following: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and ap- provals per Ordinance provisions. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within an approved struc- ture, and no outside storage is permitted. 6. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance, based on the proposed addition, on approximately 3.46 acres.
