Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu'ar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of, July 1564.
The following omebers were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Co4ncilmembers
Wpn and Crain
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Counci_ff em er Neils
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84.421
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR VOLP
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR NUAIRE, INCORPRATED (84033)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for NuAire, Inc. as requested by
Volp Construction Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met,
prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
