HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-420CM OF PLYM)TH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of 3ulz 1984. The following members were present: Acting MayorNer, Count ers Moen and Crain The following members were absent:_tor Davenport, Councilmember Hells Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-420 APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR VOLP 2ND ADDITION (84033) WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company has requested approval for Final Plat for Volp 2nd Addition, a replat of an outlot and consolidation with an existing lot located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Volp 2nd Addition for property located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain and Moen The following voted against or aDstaineo: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
