Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of July 1184.

Councilmembar Crain introduc:eJ the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-419
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR NUAIRE, INCORPORATED
(84033)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Compam has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat,
for NuAire, Incorporated, for the replatting of an outlot and consolidation with an
existing lot located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Volp
Constructio-i Company for NuAire, Inc. for the replatting of an outlot and
consolidation with an existing lot located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane
and 21st Avftnue North, subject to the following:
1. cinpliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recoried with Hennepin County.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Mowing voted in favor thereof: ACrTTIRJ
