Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held �onth 2nd

Acting Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-412
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR G. WILLY'S PIZZERIA FOR TIMOTHY L. CORNELIUS AND RONALD A. LANGE
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from Timothy L. Cornelius and Ronald A. Lange for G. Willy's Pizzeria,
3431 County Road 18, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City
Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the licence request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE T'i HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUHC-_L OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On, -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for for ti. Willy's Pizzerlo, 3431 County Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55441
for Timothy L. Cornelius and Ronald A. Lange subject to compliance with the Fire
Inspector's memorandum of 6/29/84 within 30 days of issuance of the license.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen, and upon vote being taken thereon, tie

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
