AAA en Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 3II-- - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2025 FORESTVIEW LANE - WEST MEDICINE LAKE CITY PARK WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an apprc-ied Comprehensive Park System Plan, and WHEREAS, that plan includes the acquisition and development of property at West Medicine Lake City Park, and AAA WHEREAS, vacant property located at 2025 Forestview Lane is shown for inclusion in the fu..! -re West Medicine Lake City Park, and WHEREAS, the property owner has rejected all offers made by the City of Plymouth for the acquisition of said property, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation proceedings for property described as follows: Tract B, Registered Land Survey Number 17, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
