The following members were present: Irayar-Dayenport, � Codogilmembers Neils_. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmembee Moen CnunGilmemb� er Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 410 APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT COUNTY ROAD 15 AND 1-494 CITY PROJECT NO. 129 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit: To provide three (3) traffic control signals with interconnect, street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 494 East and West Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 15 and on County State Aid Highway No. 15 at Cheshire Lane in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 62097, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the City of Plymouth be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on • behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
