Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 409
A RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER OF FEES FOR THE WAYZATA SOCCER CLUB
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Soccer Club annually conducts tnurnaments on
Plymouth soccer fielr.,, and
WHEREAS, the City has a policy of charging for special events, and
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Soccer Club has requested that the fees for the
1984 soccer tournaments be waived, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed
said request and recommends that the fees do be waived,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the fees for the rental of soccer fields
for the 1984 season for the Wayzata Soccer Club are hereby waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
