RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 405
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1984-1985
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Non-Intoxicatino Malt Liquor Licenses
have been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITv OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be approved
for the period July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985 for the following:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted
n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Neis Schnejdpr and Crain
The following vote against or abstained: no
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
