The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CounciImembers Moen. Neils, Schneider and Crain The Toillowing members were absent: none w� Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 403 APPROVING RENEWAL OF CLUB AND CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY LICENSES 1984 - 1985 WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Club and Consumption and Display Licenses have been received from the following listed applicants for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Chapter 1II, Section 5, Plymouth City Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Club and Consumption and Display Licenses be renewed for the following for a period from July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985: CLUB LICENSES Heinzen - Ditter VFW Post #5903 19020 47th Ave. No. W. Medicine Lake Community Club 1705 Forestview, Lane No. CONSUMPTION & DISPLAY Ivy's Place 12210 County Road 9 The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted in avor t ereo : Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen Neils Schneider and Crain •The f-ollowing voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t� tet.
