Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on We 18th day
of June , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers en, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 400
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION (81043)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 9, 1982, U. S.
Home Corporation, developer of Trenton Place First Addition (81043), has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $129,897 to $17,407 to
reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
construction are accepted as of June 18, 1984 for continual maintenance subject
to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils. .
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
