Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the - - -18th- - day

,Coupcit mber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 396
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 216
COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO 6TH AVENUE
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Inter -Municipal Road and Utility Improvements
Agreement between the City of Minnetonka and the City of Plymouth, the City of
Plymouth has prepared the plans and specifications on the proposed street and
utility improvements for County Road 61 from Highway 12 to 6th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications for the construction of the afore-
mentioned project have been presented to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. That plans and specifications as prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc., a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. That the City Engineer in directed to forward copies of the plans and
specification to the City of Minnetonka for their review and approval.
3. That parking is prohibited on both sides of the street from 6th Avenue to
the south City limits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
SQhneider and Crain �

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
