A A it e#�k uncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 394 RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 427 SCHMIDT GARDENS STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 2, 1984, a report has been prepared by sonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvements within the Schmidt Gardens Addition by the instal- lation of a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on June 18, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file. 2. That the Assessment Committee is to review said report and stake their recommendation to the City Council as to the method of assessment and establish a public hearing date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ouncilmgmber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
