Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of June , 1984. The following members were present: May -or Davenport,
CounWESMrs Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain

Councils=Wr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION no. 84- 392
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
1984 SEAL. COAT PROGRAM
VRERZAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1984 Seal Coat Prbgrau;
and
VNEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Allied Blacktop Co. $137,369.14
Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. 176,389.11
Midwest Paving 4 Recycling Co. 197,388.19
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. 198,967.29
AND, VECREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Co., Inc. is the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Allied Blacktop Co.,
Inc. in the nano of the City of Plymouth for the 1984 Seal
Coat Program in the amount of $137,369.14.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers_Moen. Neils,
Schnjiger and Crain

Vbereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
