Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re alar _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the _18th day

CouncJ11 ftr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 391
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MEDINA INTERCEPTOR SEWER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the City of Plymouth and the
Metropolitan Waste Control Comsission, the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission has prepared the plans and specifications for the construction of
the Medina Interceptor Sewer; and
WHEREAS, the agreement provides for the review and approval of the plans and
specifications by the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the plans have been reviewed by the City staff and are recommended for
approval;
NON, THEREFORE, SE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH;
1. Plans and specifications as prepared by Comstock and Davis, Inc. for
the Medina Interceptor Sewer, MWCC Project 83-59, are hereby approvt-d.
2. Permission is granted for the HWCC and their contractor to perform the
construction work for this sever in accordance with the plans within
the City of Plymoath.
The motion for the adonr-:R of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Nei iz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
