Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 387
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH, CARLSON COMPANIES
(84051)
WHEREAS, Radisson Inn Plymouth, Carlson Compa.:ies has requested a Conditional Use
Permit to sponsor an "outdoor event" that will include a vintage car show, hot air
balloon rides, musical entertainment, contests, prizes, and food and beverage vendors
at their site located at 2705 Annapolis Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
' Hearing and recommends approval;
NON►, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Radisson Inn Plymouth,
Carlson Companies for a Conditional Use Permit to sponsor an "outdoor event" that will
Include a vintage car show, hot air balloon rides, musical entertainment, contests,
prizes, and food and beverage vendors at their site at 2705 Annapolis Lane, subject to
the following:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator and shall not be
transferable.
3. The sites shall he maintained in a sanitary manner with provisions for trash
receptacles and portable sanitation facilities.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. Hours of operation shall be limited to 4:00 P.N. to 11:00 P.N. on Saturday,
3une 23, 1984 only.
6. Private security forces and personnel for directing traffic and parking shall
be provided.

7. All applicable vendor licenses shall be obtained, per City Code.
8. All parking shall be off the public street, and the public streets shall be
kept open to public traffic at all times.
9. Evidence of insurability for the total event shall be submitted.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon v,tz. Being taken thereon,, t
followliM voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Counci:memt-ers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
