Schneider and Crain The fbtlo" members were t: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adkqptlont RESOLUTION NO. 84- 386 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAUREL do JOANN FLEMMING (84037) WHEREAS, Laurel & JoAnn Flemming have requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a two-family dwelling in the R-18 Zoning District, to be located at 504 Harbor Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Laurel & JoAnn Flemming for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a two-family dwelling in the R-18 Zoning District located at 504 Harbor Lane and subject to the following conditions: 1. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 2. No yard variances are granted or implied.
