Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 386
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAUREL do JOANN FLEMMING (84037)
WHEREAS, Laurel & JoAnn Flemming have requested approval of a Site Plan and
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a two-family dwelling in the R-18
Zoning District, to be located at 504 Harbor Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Laurel &
JoAnn Flemming for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction
of a two-family dwelling in the R-18 Zoning District located at 504 Harbor Lane and
subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
2. No yard variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
