Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the l$th day of June . 1984.

RESOLUTION NO. 84-385
APPV9VING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR K do K
SALES (84026)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company, Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan and
Variance application for K do K Sales, to construct an approximate 7,658 sq. ft.
addition to the 7,427 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility located at 815 North County
Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Volp
Construction Company, Inc. for K & K Sales for approval of Site Plan and Variances to
construct an approximate 7,658 sq. ft. addition to the 79427 sq. ft. office/warehouse
facility located at 815 North County Road 18 and subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for the addition
area, in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of
Building Permit issuance.
3. Submission of required Site Improvements Performance Agreement and
financial g«arantees for completion of site improvements.
4. Relocation of existing sign to the north by 12 ft., within all setback
provisions.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure, and no
outside storage is permitted.

7. Approved Variances include; a) "proof -of -parking" requirements (43 spaces);
and, b) Parking setback to front property line (15 ft. vs 50 ft.).
8. Appropriate legal documents approved by the City Attorney shall be filed
and recorded at Hennepin county limiting the current and future uses and
occupancy of the facility to those consistent with the Zoning Ordinance
parking requirements.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilmember M96n., and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
follzolng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Scbngjdeg and Crain
