Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetbV of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June . 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport Couuncilmembers Moen,ei s,
Schneider and Crain
The following members.were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 384
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR "FLAGSHIP" BUILDING ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, NORTHWEST
BUSINESS CAMPUS SIXTH ADDITION FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANIES OF AMERICA (84032)

WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Companies of America has requested approval of a Site
Plan and Variance for the Phase I "Flagship" Building on Lot 2, Block 1, Ncrthwest
Business Campus Sixth Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Site Plan and Vari-
ance for Prudential Insurance Companies of America, for the Phase I "Flagship" Build-
ing on Lot 2, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus Sixth Addition, subject to the fol-
lowing conditions:
r1. Compliance with City engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedica-
tion Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
4. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for
completion of site improvements.
5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance
6. Subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
7. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat for Northwest Business
Campus Sixth Addition is filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
8. Variance is from the fire lane requirements of the City Fire Code, per the May
31, 1984 memorandum from the Public Safety Director.
