The following amibers were presents Mayor Davenport, ounciimembers'iMoen, Nei is, SQhqgidqr and 6rain The 0 owing members were absents none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and mored its ~Ion: RESOLUTIONS NO. 84- 383 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SIXTH ADDITION FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANIES OF AMERICA (84031) (MPUD 81-1) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Revised MPUD Plan and a Final Plat for Northwest Business Campus Sixth Additton as requested by Prudential Insurance Companies of America; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be not,, prior to recording of, and related to said plats ' 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Compliance with the completed Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for Northwest Business Campus. 4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Compliance with the applicable covenants and restrictions for this MPUD. 7. Development is subject to applicable provisions of Resolution Nos. 81-281 and 81-846.
