Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptlom2
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 381
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR HADLEY
WOODS FOR E DONALD RODERICK (83055)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Hadley woods as requested by E. Donald Roderick;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded at
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wuncilmember rain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol1eming voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schpejoer and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
