Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregularr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June 1984.
The following members were present:Mayor Qavenport. Councilmembers Moen,e7 s,
Schpeider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and mored its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 378
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR DEVRIES
3RD ADDITION FOR JOHN DEVRIES, DEVRIES BUILDERS, INC. (84014)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
DEVRIES 3RD ADDITION as requested by John DeVries, DeVries Builders, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNE"OTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
. 2. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication are satisfied in
accordance with the City's agreement for purchase of Outlot A.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the forogoing Resolution was duly smosnded by
