Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Ceaular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota., was held on the 18th day of June 1984.
The following ambers were present: Mayor Davenport ou`ncmembers Men, Ne -71-s,
Schneider and Crain
W following members wereabsents— none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 377
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JOHN DEVRIES, DEVRIES BUILDERS, FOR
DEVRIES 3RD ADDITION (84014)
WHEREAS, John DeVries, DeVries Builders Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for
DEVRIES 3RD ADDITION, a plat for S single family residential lots and one outlot for
public park, located west of County Road 18 and east of Pilgrim lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for John DeVries, DeVries Builders Inc. for DEVRIES 3RD ADDITION located west
of County Road 18 and east of Pilgrim Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crair;and upon vote being taken thereon, the
