Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 374
RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWS 1984, CHAPTER 397
WHEREAS, Laws 1984, Chpter 397, entitled "An act relating to the City of Plymouth:
giving the city the powers of a port authority", requires approval by a majority of
the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota before it becomes effective,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that Laws
1984, Chapter 397, is hereby approved.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Crain 9 and upon vote being taken thereon,
