Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting -of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was hold on the
4th day of June , 1984 . The following members were
present: Hdygr Dayenport. CoUncilmembersMoen Neils Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 367
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 16TH AVENUE NORTH ADJACENT TO
LOT 1, BLOCK 6, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Carlson Properties, Inc., has petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of a portion of 16th Avenue North adjacent to
Lot 1, Block 6, Minneapolis Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacations:
That part of 16th Avenue (Old County Road 6) Minneapolis Industrial Park,
according to the recorded plat thereof, lying northerly of the easterly
prolongation to the east line of Section 27, of the most southerly line
of Lot 1, Block 6 said Minneapolis Industrial Park.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 2, 1984,
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avor ereo :Ma_r Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
