Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re alar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the
4th day of June , 19 84. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilme ers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
CRupcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
mov!d its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 366
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN OUTLOT D, VICKSBURG WEST
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412,851, the City Council has received a petition
for the vacation of the following drainage and ponding easements:
Two drainage easements for ponding (but not the 10 foot wide drainage
easement, nor the So foot w".de drainage easement) in Outlot D, Vicksburg
West, as granted to the public and the plat thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 2, 1984,
. at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
