Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a MAular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Ninnesota was beld on Me 4th day of

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 84- 363
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR RIDS
PROJECT 337 - DEVRIES 20D ADDITION
PROJECT 414 - DEVR1RS 32D ADDITION
PROJECT 403 - HADLEY WOODS
PROJECT 412 - ZACHARY HILLS 31D AND 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions passed by the City Council as follows:
1. Project No. 337 - DeVries 2nd Addition
Resolution No. 84-199; April 2. 1984
2. Project No. 414 - DeVriee 3rd Addition
Resolution No. 84-327; May 21, 1984
3. Project No. 403 - Hadley Woods
. Resolution No. 84-328; May 21, 1984
4. Project No. 412 Zachary Hills 3rd and 4th Addition
Resolution No. 84-292; May 7, 1984
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik a Associates, Inc.,
has prepared plans and specifications for utility and street improvements; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. Th
advertisement shall be published for three days, shall specify the work to
be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until
10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 28, 1984, at which time they will be publicly
opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota by the City Manager and that no

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with Oe City Clerk and
accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check
payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
