Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of June 1984.

Councilmembers Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0: 84- 362
APPROVING THE INITIATION OF THE REVIEW PROCESS FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT
FOR THE PARKERS LAKE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - PARKERS LAKE NORTH PROPERTY (STAGE B), A
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED BY LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CITY OF
MINNEAPOLIS (82066)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the MPUD Preliminary Plat/Plan, Conditional Use
Permit for Parkers Lake Planned Development - Parkers Lake North Property by
Resolution No. 84- = on May 21, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) Rule No. 6 "CAR
3.039 3.1.c., and Rule No. 6 MCAR S 3.039 M.1.c., the Environmental Review Process,
the City of Plymouth, as the responsible governmental unit, has prepared the required
public Scoping Document in accordance with the EQB rules; and,
WHEREAS, the MEQB Rules require that the City Council of the City of Plymouth
initiate the review process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the City staff to take the
appropriate measures to initiate the review of the Environmental Impact Statement
Scoping Document for the proposed development known as Parkers Lake Planned
Development - Parkers Lake North Property for Lundgren Brothers Construction Company
for the City of Minneapolis, pursuant to the MEQB Rules and Regulations.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken theereon;"tt
